2. Modifications to the Conditions

2.1

Due to factors such as legal updates (to align with new legislation or rules), business needs, or enhancements in user experience, the Organization retains the authority to revise, alter, or refresh the Conditions at any moment without advance warning to users. Updated Conditions and their activation date will be posted on the Platform. Users are notified of revisions, additions, or changes through the publication of the revised Conditions on the Platform. Players commit to reviewing the latest Conditions and staying informed of any modifications on a regular basis.

2.2

If you object to the revisions, you may cease Platform usage and terminate your account. Engaging with the Platform following the implementation of changes will be deemed as automatic endorsement of the updated Conditions, irrespective of whether you received specific alerts or examined the revised version.

Decisions on payouts from suspended accounts are made solely by the Organization.

4. Account Registration Guidelines

To set up an account, navigate to the "Account" section and input your email, full name, birth date, and contact number. You will also need to set a password for future logins.

During registration, ensure you provide your authentic name. Note that the Organization may verify your identity via document submission. Refusal to comply could result in temporary (until documents are furnished) or permanent account suspension.

Post-registration, you must verify the accuracy and currency of your personal details, updating your profile as needed. Non-adherence may cause unprocessed requests, limitations, or account blocks.

The Organization will not reimburse funds from redundant accounts, whether as incentives or balances. We also hold the discretion to determine refunds for any depleted funds from redundant accounts;

Requests for reimbursements or original deposits from intentionally created redundant accounts to exploit incentives or promotions are denied. Furthermore, deposits from such accounts aimed at exploitation will not be returned. If determined that a redundant account was deliberately formed to evade the Conditions, initial deposits remain non-refundable.
